Booking Conditions

Westernxposure and/or its Agents operate in outback and remote areas and reserve the right to alter the route, itinerary or to cancel the operation if road, weather or other conditions dictate. If for any reason the route is altered and a different itinerary offered, no refund will be paid.

Any personal expenses incurred by a passenger as a result of any delay, curtailment or alteration of any tour, whether caused by flooding, mechanical defect or any other causes, are the responsibility of the passenger.

Western Xposure and its Agents and employees are unable to guarantee the exact arrival and departure time and is not liable for any failure to make connections with any other services, or guarantee the operation of any particular service. In the event of breakdown or other unforeseen circumstances, the operator reserves the right to substitute vehicles other than specified to ensure the operation of the tour. All prices of Optional Activities were correct at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

Credit Cards

We accept payment by MasterCard and Visa. All payments by credit card will be subject to a 2% surcharge.

Bookings

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required with your reservation. The balance is due one month prior to the departure date.

Travel Insurance

It is strongly recommended that passengers take out travel and cancellation insurance, arranged through your travel agent.

Inclusions

Your tour fare includes:

1. Transportation in a modern, airconditioned vehicle
2. Services of a coach captain and/or crew
3. All accommodation fees and equipment necessary for your tour
4. Entrance fees to national parks
5. Meals indicated

Your tour fare does not include:

1. Travel insurance
2. Fares to and from departure point of tour
3. Items of a personal nature
4. Entrance fees to exhibits and places of interest
5. Activities marked as optional extras
6. Personal spending money

Cancellations

All cancellations must be notified on or before the day the balance of your tour cost is due. After this date the following penalties apply:

• Less than 4 weeks notice: 5%
• Less than 3 weeks notice: 10%
• Less than 2 weeks notice: 30%
• Less than 1 weeks notice: No refund

If you fail to join a tour, or join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no tour refund can be made.
